CONTENTS: Mysterious Occurrences / Ended the Curse / More Photos
Just like last year's eclipse, those mysterious shadows returned during the first partial phases of the eclipse, this time to a condo complex in Arlington, MA.It seemed that these shadows had a role in ending the Curse of the Bambino because the lighting was Shermy and Red Sox colored. While no one else witnessed these shadows, making any future investigations almost impossible, it is known that they bear a resemblence to the shadows photographed in late June 2003.
While the eclipse was progressing, the Red Sox played the fourth game of the World Series against their 1967 nemesis, the St. Louis Cardinals. The Red Sox won the World Series 4 games to none at about 11:40pm EDT, a few minutes before the end of the total phase of the lunar eclipse. Medusa helped along with a Red Sox Charlie Brown, a Macy's Snoopy and a couple of Woodstocks.
