Turtle sighted on Baker Street in West Roxbury on May 30, 2009. The New England Herpetological Society identified it as an alligator snapping turtle. Luckily, a Good Samaritan promptly moved the turtle to safety. Mouse over the photos to see which one became famous (closeup).
